Gardner have developed a unique bespoke scheme to assist drivers develop their driving careers. If you are already driving vans this could provide a gateway to a more rewarding driving career.
Initially you will work on our fleet of vans and receive a very competitive rate of pay whilst you study for your CPC, commercial vehicle, qualification. CPC involves a combination of classroom and practical learning.
Once achieved we will ask you to accompany an existing Class 2 driver for more training and, once you are ready, will arrange for you to have more lessons leading up to you gaining your own Class 2 licence which will entitle you to drive rigid commercial vehicles up to 26 ton or an articulated cab without a trailer.
